Coffee girl was a little bit simple and rude. Not sure if she knew what a long mac was, but could have been my accent. 🤷🏽♂️ Other staff seemed ok. I hate the touchscreen ordering too

Food was by the time I drove it to my hotel room which is 300m away but the worst thing is paying for things and not received the items you pay for. I dont write bad reviews but this happens far too often with McDonald's and its poor. I run a business and I make sure I deliver on what customers pay for

Service is beyond repairable, the crew members looked like they didn't know what they were doing. I ordered a Large Triple Cheeseburger meal with NO!! pickles or onions still managed to get the order wrong😠

Went to McDonalds in Geraldton. Was totally disappointed. Cappachino disgustingly COLD. Fries were also cold and so were the pancakes. Unbelievable. Pay good money for a feed and it comes back like this. Never again.

Nice resting place and good tucker. Not happy with some young staff, I asked one of them cleaning up the surfaces to do our table while I'm waiting but didn't do. Then they mixed up the drinks with different customer. One person waiting at his table and one staff going around 2 times asking who's order it is without going to that particular table. Food got cold and new one has to be made.
